1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantCall AI ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), available at quantcallai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

QuantCall AI provides AI-generated stock analysis by querying multiple third-party artificial intelligence models and presenting a synthesized consensus view, including scores, written analysis, and related commentary. The Service may offer a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid subscription tier ("Pro") with additional features.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content generated by the Service — including but not limited to bull/bear scores, verdicts, written analysis, sentiment scores, catalysts, risks, and news summaries — is generated by artificial intelligence models and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content:

• Does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information, including but not limited to incorrect prices, dates, or company facts
• Is not personalized to your individual financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance

You should conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past performance and AI-generated predictions are not indicative of future results.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
• Free tier usage limits (currently 2 analyses per day) may be changed at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or methodology used by the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's output without our prior written consent

7. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service relies on third-party AI providers, including Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and xAI, to generate analysis content. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of these third-party services. Service interruptions or inaccuracies originating from these providers are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software (excluding AI-generated output and third-party content), is owned by QuantCall AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTCALL AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
